You need to create a document using HTML tags and meet the following requirements:
- Use the tag & amp; lt; p& amp; gt; to create two paragraphs at the beginning of the document.

Important Precautions and Interactions

- Metabolic disorders: Tell your healthcare professional if you have any underlying metabolic disorders, such as liver or kidney disorders. Dosage adjustment may be necessary to avoid adverse effects or drug accumulation.
- Mental illnesses: Bupropion HCL SR may worsen the symptoms of certain mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and psychosis. It is important to inform your doctor of any pre-existing mental illness before starting treatment with this medication.
- History of seizures: Bupropion HCL SR has been associated with an increased risk of seizures. If you have a history of seizures or are at higher risk for seizures, such as people with a head injury or seizure disorder, use caution and discuss the risks and benefits of treatment with your healthcare provider.
- Drug Interactions: Bupropion HCL SR may interact with other medications, altering their effects or increasing the risk of side effects. Tell your healthcare provider about all the medications you are currently taking, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, and herbal products. This includes, but is not limited to, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), antipsychotics, antidepressants, antihistamines, and medications that affect liver enzymes.
- Alcohol and sedatives: The combination of HCl SR bupropion with alcohol or sedatives can increase the risk of depression of the central nervous system and deteriorate its ability to perform tasks that require mental acuity. It is important to avoid or limit the use of alcohol and sedatives while taking this medicine.
- Nicotine replacement therapy: if you are using nicotine replacement therapy, such as gum or nicotine patches, report your doctor. HCl SR bupropion can interact with nicotine and increase the risk of side effects. A close surveillance may be necessary during simultaneous use.
